Ms. Cindy L. Puckett

Cindy L. Puckett, 63, passed away Friday, April 27, 2018. She was born August 9, 1954, in Anderson to the late, Spencer & Bette (Harter) Rousey. Cindy was an active member of Ovid Community Church. She loved children, had babysat for many over the years, even being the nursery coordinator at her church. She was a great cook, gardener, was excellent at arts and crafts. She is survived by her son, Abe Puckett; sisters, Gay Powers & Susan Rousey; stepson, Jason Puckett; granddaughter, Mara; and grandson, Spencer. She was preceded in death by her son, Jimmie Joe Rousey. Services will be at Noon on Wednesday, May 2, at Ovid Community Church, with Pastor Keith Wooden officiating. Burial will be at East Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.
