Christine Marie Bell

Christine Marie Bell, 54, Anderson, passed away at her residence on January 21, 2021. She was born on October 1, 1966 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts to the late Gordon and Theresa (Gerow) Nicolai. Chris was a Home Health Care Provider and was passionate about helping others any way she was able. Chris was a strong, resilient mother. She adored being a grandmother and loved her grandchildren deeply. Her grandchildren treasured her playful spirit and enthusiasm to spend time with them. Chris enjoyed watching football and was a devoted Patriots fan. She made sure everyone knew it. Chris easily befriended others and had an infectious smile. Chris had many triumphs and overcame many obstacles. One of her greatest victories was becoming a breast cancer survivor in 2017. She is survived by her daughters, Brittany (Eric) Ciempola of Anderson, Jesseca (Jonathon) Stroud of Muncie; grandchildren, Emma and Gryphon Ciempola; sisters, Carol Nicolai, Diane Hatin, Elaine Sigismondo, Karen LaChapelle, Kathryn Bailey, Sandra Martin, Sharon Gukeisen, Theresa Blanchfield; brother, Gordon Nicolai and several nieces and nephews. Christine was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Frank, and her companion, Greg Parks. Per Christine’s wishes, cremation will take place. A small intimate celebration of life will be held at her home on Saturday January 30th from 1pm-3pm.
