Cheryll L. Forman

Cheryll Horn Forman, 72, Anderson, passed away Friday, August 5, 2016, at her home.

She was born on April 21, 1944, in Anderson, Indiana to Keith and Dene (Smith) Horn.

She graduated from Highland in 1962.

Cheryll was director of the CETA program and had served as manager of the Anderson Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

She was an active member of the Chesterfield Christian Church. Cheryll had served as Ward 3 Democrat Precinct Commissioner Chairwoman.

She is survived by one brother, Dennis wife, Diana (Dodd) Horn of Naples, FL; one nephew Derek (wife, Meg) Horn; and a niece, Dena (husband, Allix) Dennis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Billy Kresen.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at Chesterfield Christian Church with Rev. Ned Clark officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chesterfield Christian Church, 207 East Plum Street, Chesterfield, Indiana 46017.
