Cheryl Fern Reynolds

Cheryl Fern Reynolds, 55, of Greenfield, was welcomed into her eternal home on October 12, 2022. She was met by Jesus while surrounded by her family at home. Cheryl was born on May 24, 1967 to John and Carolyn (Titus) Moran.

She graduated from Greenfield Central in 1985, where she was a member of the Greenfield Central Marching Band. She was a 10 year Hancock County 4-H member, where she later became a Patty’s Pak 4-H club leader, and Ag Association member and Treasurer. Cheryl proudly served the farmers of Hancock County for 36 years at the Farm Service Agency. Cheryl was well known in the community as the world’s best cake lady. She was proud to be a part of so many special occasions. She was a member of Brandywine Community Church for 31 years.

Cheryl was the best Grammy to her grandsons, Colton, Gentry, and Andrew; nephew, Isaac, as well as, Easton, Wyatt and Brooks.

Cheryl married Brad Reynolds on May 16, 1987. They built a beautiful family and their children were her greatest accomplishment.

Cheryl is survived by her parents; mother-in-law, Doris; husband; children, Josh and Holly Plank and  Zach and Leah Reynolds; grandsons; sisters, Michelle (Doug) Hogue and Mandy (Levi) Scott; sisters-in-law, Cindy (Joe) Dade and Patty (JR) Nolen; brothers-in-law, Tim (Cathy) Reynolds and Mike(Anita) Reynolds; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Percy Reynolds.

The visitation for Cheryl will be from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, October 17, 2022 at Wilkinson Church of Christ, 7293 IN-109, Wilkinson, 46186. The funeral ceremony will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the church. Burial will be in McCray Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Cheryl’s name may be gifted to Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center, 801 N. State St., Greenfield, IN 46140-1270.
