Cheryl Ann Dupke, 65, of Shirley, passed away on September 21, 2021 at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. She was born on July 2, 1956 in Anderson to the late Richard and Dolores (Wood) Badgley. Cheryl retired from the Henry County Treasurers office after 25 years of service. She also retired from Kmart in New Castle after 20 years of service. Cheryl was a member of Sugar Grove Bible Church. She loved her family and would support her grandchildren at all sporting events at both Eastern Hancock Schools and Shenandoah Schools. She is survived by her children, Josh Dupke of Shirley, Julie (Philip) Beasley of Shirley; grandchildren, Jaycie Summers, Jerrin Summers, Carter Dupke, Ezra Dupke; siblings, Pastor Randall (Debra) Badgley of Greenfield; sister in-law, Marla (Thomas) Kemerly of Shirley; brother in-law, Gary (Merry) Dupke of Florida; sister in-law, Sharon Alexander of New Castle and Pam Badgley of Spiceland; several nieces and nephews and several close friends. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry Dupke; brother, Rick Badgley; brother in-law, Reggie Dupke; father and mother in-law, Blaine and Lillian Dupke. Services will be on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Condo & St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, 130 South Main St., Wilkinson, IN 46186 with Pastor Randall Badgley officiating. Burial will be at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
