Charlie Ray Hull, 85, Lapel, Indiana surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 21, 2020.He was born on June 28, 1934, in Celina, Tennessee to James Coomer Hull and Ruby (Boles) Hull.He retired from Delco, division of General Motors after 30 years. Charlie in his early years worked in construction and also farmed in the Lapel community for several years. He loved going to his summer home at Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee. He was a member and Past Master of the former Lapel Masonic Lodge. He was a member of the Lapel Eastern Star, where he was Past Worthy Patron. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite, Valley of Indianapolis. He is survived by his wife, Hattie (Mosley) Hull of Lapel; children, Jerry (Peggy) Hull of Anderson, David (Kimberly) Hull of Lapel, Ronald Hull of Castle Rock,CO, and Alan (Barbara) Hull of Fishers; sister, Josie Maxwell of Anderson; brother, Cordell Hull of Celina, TN; grandchildren, Will, Mark, Jennifer, John, Abby, Jason, Jayma, Hayden, Lacey, Megan, and Amanda; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Vain, Elsie, Betty, Stanley, Rosie, and Minnie.Due to public health conditions and public safety a private Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at Brookside Cemetery, 2900 Brookside Road, Lapel, Indiana.
