Cecile Fern Albea

Cecile Fern Albea age 90 a resident of Greenfield passed away September 17, 2008 at Hancock Regional Hospital. Cecile was born November 14, 1917 in Wilkinson, Indiana, the daughter of the late Herman Paul and Clara Jones Cook. She was a 50 year member of Eden Eastern Star chapter 101, Eagles Auxiliary 4004 in Greenfield, the American Legion Auxiliary of Greenfield, the Queen Esther Literary Club of Eden, Eden United Methodist Church, Past Matron and Patron Club of Eden Eastern Star, and Riley China Painters Guide of Greenfield. Survivors include one son; Richard Lee (Beverly) Albea of Anderson, five daughters; Dianne (Phil ) Martin of Greenville, Illinois, Linda (Conrad) Smith of Indianapolis, Dr. Loretta (Stan ) Kroin of Indianapolis, Cheri (John) Perrin of Sagamore Hill, Ohio, Jayne ( Mike ) McCubbins of Greenfield. Eleven grandchildren, eleven great grand children, two great great grandchildren. Two brothers, Paul Cook of Greenfield, and Donald Cook of Texas. Several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Nemuel in 1983, daughter Patricia in 1943, son Nemuel Ray in 2006, one brother Gerald Cook 1985.
