Cathy Jean Woodward

Cathy J. Woodward, 60, Lapel, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at Saint John's Health System in Anderson.
She was born on November 5, 1948, in Crawfordsville, Indiana to Charles and Evelyn (Sheets) Campbell.
She graduated from Lapel High School in 1966.
Cathy was employed by Key Bank in Fishers for 22 years.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Lapel; the Lapel American Legion Auxilary; and she was a proud supporter of Lapel athletics
She is survived by her husband, Rick H. Woodward; three children, Leslie (husband, Pat) Connelly of Anderson, Chad (wife, Rebecca) Woodward of Whitestown, and Chris Woodward of Lapel; one brother, Don (wife, Peggy) Campbell of Anderson; one sister, Cheryl (husband, Steve) Schuyler of Lapel; brother-in-law, David (wife, Becky) Woodward of Anderson; six grandchildren, Kirk, Kirsten, Kennedy, Carson, Kali, and Elizabeth; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Merrit Campbell; her mother Evelyn Marie (Sheets) Scherer; and her step-father, Emil Scherer.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 21, 2009, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Pastor Doug Barton officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, February 20, 2009, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
