Carolyn F. Castor

Carolyn F. Castor, 68, Lapel, passed away Thursday December 26, 2002, following an extended illness. She was born on December 27, 1933, in Noblesville to Russell and Vivian (Stoops) Males. She was a Lapel High School graduate and retired from Inland Fisher Guide in Anderson. She is survived by two children, Brian (wife, Millie) Maxwell of Noblesville and Kristi (husband, John) Owens of Pendleton; three grandchildren, Nathan Owens, Brandon Owens, and Julie Owens, four step-grandchildren, Butch Cain, Kristen Kendall, Kami Penwell, and Evan Castor. She was preceded in death by her parents; her step-father, George Camp; and a brother, Jim Males. Services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Rev. John Wrightsman officiating. Burial will be at the Brookside Cemetery in Lapel. Friends may call from 4:00 PM 8:00 PM Friday at the Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel.
