Carl Wayne Wall

Carl Wayne Wall, 69, Lapel, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016, at Community Hospital of Anderson following a brief illness. He was born on October 26, 1946, in Linton, Indiana, to Jesse and Gladys (Davidson) Wall.
He served in the U. S. Army reserves and enjoyed fishing, hunting and being outdoors.
Carl is survived by his wife of 48 years, Laura (Turner) Wall; two children, Jennifer Hampton of Lapel and Cary (wife, Lori) Wall of Anderson; four grandchildren, Nicole Wall, Amber Wall, Spencer Hampton, and Cassidy Hampton; four great-grandchildren, Aden, Olivia, Conner, and Tyler; one brother, Tom Wall; one sister, Doris Simpson; two sisters-in-law, Kay Wall and Rinda Kay Wall; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Jesse, Jason, and Bruce Wall.
A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday September 10, 2016, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 Main North Street, Lapel, Indiana with Carls friends and family officiating.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Saturday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral.
Memorial contributions may be made to the wildlife preservation organization of the donors choice.
