Brenda Sue Wood

Brenda Sue Wood, 74, of Anderson, passed away on April 21, 2020 at her residence. She was born on October, 29, 1946 in Lumberton, North Carolina to the late William and Hilda (Skipper) McLean. Brenda retired from Guide after many years of service. She loved NASCAR and her pets. She is survived by her daughters, Tamara (Tami) Jackson Parsons of Pittsboro, Anissa (Randy) Hollon of Anderson; granddaughter, Gabrielle Parson; siblings, Sharon Taylor, Mike McLean, Johnny McLean, Cindy McLean; several nieces and nephews and special friends LeAnn Kellams and Cindy Hillery. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, William McLean and nephew, Mickie McLean. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
