Brenda “Diane” Harmon

Brenda “Diane” Harmon, 66, of Wilkinson, formerly of Greenfield, passed away November 16, 2019 at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. She was born September 2, 1953 in Greenfield, Indiana to Richard and Marilyn Holmes. She married the love of her life, Tim in 1975 and began their family. Diane had several jobs in her life, Jim Dandy, Dairy Queen, real estate agent, but the job that gave her the most joy was her 22 years as a bus driver for Eastern Hancock. She loved to travel and went many places such as Spain, France, Italy, England, Mexico, to name a few, but her favorite destination was Las Vegas. Her world revolved around her family, but no one ranked above her grandkids. Survivors include her husband Tim Harmon; children, Shala (Jerome) Coe, Jennifer (Mike) Evans, & Derek (Erin) Harmon; grandchildren, Quinton, JaKayla, Kobe, JJ, Romen, Breena, Shaylee, Daygen, Chloe, Kaleb, Reed & Peyton; great grandchildren, D’Amore, Cameron, Da’Ron; mother; Marilyn Holmes; siblings, Michael ( Joyce) Holmes, Phillip (Jeanette Johnson) Holmes and William (Linda) Holmes. She was preceded in death by her father; Richard Holmes and sister, Cathy Covington. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Condo and St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory in Wilkinson with Pastor Doug Hardy officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 3 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Her husband Tim and family wish to acknowledge and thank all the wonderful people of Hancock Regional Hospital for their care, compassion and efforts on Diane’s behalf.
