Billie Marilyn (Cluggish) Heman, 94, of Pendleton passed away March 29, 2021.She was born October 16, 1926 in New Castle, Indiana and was an Indianapolis resident most of her life before moving to Pendleton.Billie was a homemaker and a 1945 graduate of Shortridge High School, Indianapolis.Survivors include children, Connie (Jerry) Brinson, Sally (Hal) Bramley, Jan (Dottie) Heman and Robert Heman, 15 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Heman, daughters, Barbara Maffit and Marilyn Strole; granddaughters, Elizabeth Bramley and Michelle Strole; a great grandson; a great great granddaughter; parents, Russell and Olive (Brown) Cluggish; two sisters and a brother.A Celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Pendleton Church of God, 636 E. Water St., Pendleton, Indiana with Pastor Ryan Kellam officiating.Visitation from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday at the church.A cryptside committal service will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Washington Park East Cemetery, 10612 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46229.Arrangements entrusted to Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E. State St., Pendleton, Indiana.
