PENDLETON- Betty June Savage, 85, of Pendleton died June 5, 2024 at Rawlins House in Pendleton.
Betty was born January 22, 1939 in Anderson, Indiana to the late Delbert and Ruth (Downham) Mills.
She attended Markleville High School. Betty enjoyed nursing home evangelism with her late husband and singing.
She was a beautician at Donald’s Beauty Shoppe in Anderson and later was an asphalt tester for E&B Paving Company.
Survivors include her son, Lance (Judy) Stevens; grandson, Cody (Mandy) Stevens; great grandchildren, Dakota, Mia and Savannah Stevens all of Pendleton; sisters, Mary Haygood of Anderson and Theresa (Greg) McDuffee of Summitville; several nieces and nephews.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Fred Savage; and a sister, Shirley Oleksey.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, Pendleton. Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Lahm Chapel.
