Betty Jo Norris

Betty Jo Norris, 92, Anderson, passed away on September 13, 2017 at her residence. She was born on July 20, 1925, in Anderson to the late Joseph and Loyola (Free) Frossard. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1943. Betty and her husband, Robert, owned Bob Norris Excavating for 45 years. She was also a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Betty is survived by her husband of 72 years, Robert Norris; children, John R. (Linda) Norris, Janet (Brad) Willoughby, and Mary “Kathy” (Bill) House; brothers, John Frossard, Tom Frossard; sister, Martha “Marty” Dillman; grandchildren, Heather (Steve) Hudson, Robert (Mickey) Willoughby, Steven (Amy) Willoughby, Ann Marie (Chris) Combs, William “Kelly” (Dana) House; seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Paul Frossard; sisters, Dorothy Zirklebach, Rosemary Shipley, and Ann Marie (Tootie) Frossard. A Funeral Mass will be held on October 7, 2017 at 10:30 am at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 2801 Lincoln St., Anderson, IN 46016 with Father Jeff Martin officiating. A luncheon will be provided for family and friends immediately after the service at “The Curve” at Grandview in Anderson. Memorial Contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.
