Betty J. Mcnally

Betty J. McNally, 82, Lapel, passed away Saturday August 9, 2003, at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville following a brief illness. She was born on February 23, 1921, in Noblesville, Indiana to David and Dessie (Cook) Gerber. She is survived by four daughters, Sandra Kay (husband, Paul) Morris of Richmond, NH, Pat (husband, Leonard) Cook of Lapel, Linda (husband, Malcolm) Cobb of Lapel, and Peggy (husband, Don) Gunn of Noblesville; three brothers, David (wife, Alberta) Gerber of Noblesville, Larry (wife, Anna) Gerber of Anderson, and Doug (wife, Wilma) Gerber of Paragon; one sister, Ruth King of Lapel; sixteen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Bud" McNally in 1986; a son, Jimmy McNally; and a daughter, Janet Michael. Services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday at Ford Street United Methodist Church in Lapel with Rev. Steve Gerber officiating. Burial will be at the Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville. Friends may call from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday at the Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel.
