Bertha M. Green

Bertha M. Green, 90, of Greenfield, passed away December 31, 2023.

She was born October 6, 1933 in Anderson, Indiana to John and Hazel (Stinson) Whetsel.

Bertha was employed at Brookside Corporation for 25 years.

She was a member of Alexandria Eagles and the UAW Union. Bertha loved to dance.

Survivors include her daughter, Jean Potts; four grandchildren, Gary Wilson, Stacy (Kim) Potts, Christy Roberts Bandy and Brian Potts; four great grandchildren, Ashley, Madison, Jessi and Nick; two great great grandchildren, McKynlee and Karson; sister, Sandy Tucker; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.

Bertha was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 32 years, David Green; a daughter, Pamela Smith; brothers, Carl and Michael Whetsel; and a sister, Linda Whetsel.

Services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Condo & St. Pierre Funeral Services and Crematory, 130 S. Main St., Wilkinson led by Dan Bair. Burial will follow in Eden Cemetery.

Visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the funeral home.
