Barbara S. Kreigh

Barbara S. Kreigh, 81, of Chesterfield, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Millers Merry Manor in Chesterfield.

She was born June 12, 1934, in Madison County, to the late Perry and Katherine (Brown) Bangle and was a life long Madison County resident. She graduated from Anderson High School in 1952 and had worked as a bookkeeper.

Barbara was a member of New Horizons United Methodist Church and the D.A.R.

She is survived by her son, Gary (wife, Tanna) Kreigh of Gulf Shores, AL; her daughter, Cathy (husband, Dennis) Allen of Greenwood, IN; and her son, Ron (wife, Patricia) Kreigh of Anderson; grandchildren, Seth Kreigh, Brett (Sevasti) Kreigh, Matthan (Cristina) Kreigh, Michelle (Joel) McClurg, Dustin (Kayla) Allen, Brian Allen, Brandy (Travis) Smith and Erik (Claire) Kreigh; step grandchildren, Hilary (Daniel) Haupt and Dalen Beck; great grandchildren, Ethan Motsinger, Oliver Motsinger, Colton Smith, Ava Kreigh, Audrey Kreigh, Alexia Kreigh, Colin McClurg, Cade McClurg, Cooper Allen and Drew Allen; step great granddaughters, Emma Zeiler and Isabella Haupt.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Kreigh and brother, Ralph Thomas Bangle.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at New Horizons United Methodist Church with Pastor Gina Kirkland officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory and one hour prior to services at the church.
