Barbara J. Wilson

Barbara J. Wilson, 87, entered Heaven’s gate on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 3, 1932 in Marion, to the late Raymond Lusher and Ruth (Wysong) McMillan. She graduated from Anderson High School in 1951 and worked as a sales consultant for McDonald’s Furniture. Barbara is survived by her children, Kelley (Jeff) Harris, Gayle (Wayne) Neal, Scott Purcell and Mark Purcell; sister and best friend Donna (Martin) Koob; siblings Betty Shaw, Karen Shorette, Debbie Marrinan, Tim Lusher and Shelli Kennedy; grandchildren, Casey Ulm, Matthew (Liesl) Ulm, Shawn Neal, Eric (Malorie) Neal, Ryan (Elisa) Neal and Hadley Purcell; nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and special friend Sandy England. Special thanks to the office of Dr. Brian Eddy for their compassionate care and CrownPointe Independent Living. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
