Barbara Ann Harrison

Barbara Ann Harrison, 69, Pendleton, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2008, at Rawlins House in Pendleton following an extended illness.
She was born on May 16, 1938, in Lapel, Indiana to William Marshall and Nancy (Galliher) Barbee.
Barbara had been employed at Brockway Glass.
She was a member of Ford Street United Methodist Church, she was active in the Lapel Little League program when her sons were younger and she coached Lapel girls softball.
She is survived by two sons, Donald Harrison of Anderson, and Doug Harrison of Indianapolis; two grandchildren, Michael Harrison and Nancy Harrison; five brothers and sisters, Sally (husband, Bill) Linkenhoker of Savanah, GA, James (wife, Carol) Barbee of Noblesville, Mary (husband, Lee) Harger of Noblesville, Frank (wife, Juanita) Barbee of Burnswick, GA, and Judy Springer of Savannah, GA.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donn Harrison; a daughter, Nancy Marie Harrison; one sister, Marie Heater; three brothers, Sherman Barbee, John Barbee, and Leroy Barbee.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Rev. Mark Helm officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel.
