April Dawne (Luke) Helvie

April Dawne (Luke) Helvie, 41, Anderson, passed away on September 25, 2017. She was born in Pontiac, MI on January 10, 1976, the daughter of Walter and Patricia (Wilt) Luke. She was a member of the Class of 1994 at Highland High School. She worked for 16 years at the Hopewell Center as a caregiver. April is survived by her children, Madison Helvie and Evan Peavler; parents, Walter and Patricia Luke; siblings, Timothy Collins, Thomas (Judy) Luke, Joyce Whitley, Lisa (Robert) Clark, Mitchell (Claudia) Luke and Cindy (Tony) Cusuamano; and a large extended family. Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Madison Park Church of God. The family has entrusted Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory with arrangements.
