Annette Broderick Staggenburg

Annette Broderick Staggenburg, 89, of Dublin, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 28, 2025, at her home.

She was born on August 3, 1935, in Anderson, Indiana to A.J. and Genevieve (Hubbard) Broderick. She was a graduate of St. Mary's Catholic School, where she met her future husband, Bernard. She was a proud "domestic engineer".

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Anderson. She loved to sew and craft. She loved her Indianapolis Colts and was a 25-year season ticket holder. Mostly, she loved and adored her family.

Annette is survived by her husband whom she married June 15, 1957, Bernard Staggenburg; two daughters, Susan Stuart of Plain City, Ohio and Jennifer Staggenburg of Wabash, Indiana; a nephew, Mark (wife, Michelle) Johnson; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Phillip Staggenburg and Bruce Staggenburg; her parents; and a sister, Janet Johnson.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, April 4, 2025, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 302 East 11th Street, Anderson, Indiana 46016.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society.
