Anna Barkdull

Bozeman, MT – Anna Barkdull formerly of Pendleton, 75, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016. Anna was born December 12, 1940 in Anderson, the daughter of the late Harold and Laura May (Boston) Stephenson. She lived in Pendleton her entire life until last year when she moved to Bozeman, MT. She was a member of New Day Baptist Church in Pendleton and attended E-Free Church of Bozeman. She is survived by her children, Beverly (Jeff) Parks, Brian (Jackie) Barkdull, Beth (Kent) Leininger and Brenda (Michael) Bailey; son-in-law, Kevin Porter; grandchildren, Jeremy Newman, Michael Harvey, Sean Porter, Kayla Hammons, Zachary Barkdull, Grant Hammons, Bobby Leininger, Laura May Leininger, Parker Hammons, Joshua Nunn, Stevie Strollo, David Bailey and Ian Bailey; great-grandchildren, Collin Newman, Kai Newman, Ava Jo Newman, Addy Nunn, Elise Nunn and Emma Davis; brothers, John Stephenson and Tom (Kathy) Stephenson; sisters, Nancy (Bud) Campbell and Norma (George) Gasparovic; and several nieces and nephews. Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Larry Lee Barkdull; daughter, Bonnie Kay Porter; and sister-in-law, Nadine Stephenson.Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Fall Creek Christian Church with Pastor Chris Hubler officiating. Burial will follow at Grovelawn Cemetery.Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the church.Memorial contributions may be made to New Day Baptist Church, 518 N.
