Mr Alton R. “Larry” Brown

Alton R. Brown, age 74, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at his residence. Alton was born March 7, 1946, to Anna Mae Brown in Lake City, Tennessee. He owned Madison County Plumbing for 14 years. Alton loved to fish, and listen to Blue Grass Music. He was a member of White River Blue Grass Club. Alton is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn R. Brown, who he married May 7, 1966; son Larry (wife Lisa) Brown, daughter Melinda Garmon; grandchildren Bree, Shiann, Sierra and Rachel. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his mother; brothers, Don and Jimmy Brown; and a sister, Barbara Fitzgerald. Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday March 17, 2020, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53 RD Street, Anderson, Indiana 46013. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
