Agon D. Tolbert

Agon D. “Augie” Tolbert, 80, of Ingalls passed away September 9, 2018 at St. Vincent Fishers Hospital.He was born June 7, 1938 in Ingalls, Indiana and resided there most of his life.Augie was a 1956 graduate of Wilkinson High School. He was a member and Past Master of Fortville Masonic Lodge #207 F.& A.M. and was past chairman of the Ingalls Division for the United Way. Augie was a self employed barber and realtor for many years.Survivors include his wife, Beverly J. (Summers) Tolbert; children, Donald G. Tolbert, David J. Tolbert, Dawn L. Thorpe, Robert L. Shelly, Tracey L. Shelly, Benjamin E. Wiseman, Kelli M. Rempe, Larry E. Wiseman and Terry J. Wiseman; sister, Gykala Haynes; 12 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Geraldine (Van Ness) Tolbert; infant son, Frankie Tolbert; and a grandson, Trey Wiseman.There will be no services or vistation.
